• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (elected after 5 December 1975) in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent is a must;
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in building services co-ordinations in which with 3 years in testing and commission of E&M system for data centre projects, or 3 years works supervision, testing and commission of IT Cabling works for data centre projects will be an advantage;
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience in building services installations;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Independent, initiative and positive working attitude.
