Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of technicians for monitoring and executing the operations of facilities and building services, maintenance of central system in the property, purchase of foreign spare parts, etc.
• Review utilities performance and carry out energy saving project
• Handle issue from Government Department such as BD, DSD, WSD, EPD, FSD, etc.
• Monitor the project progress and prepare technical documentations
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in building services engineering is preferred
• PC knowledge experience in using Auto CAD for drafting
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Engineer
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Immediately available is highly preferred
