Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating the overall marketing strategy in line with the company development and business growth
• Understand and leverage consumer-oriented market research and business intelligence to facilitate optimal brand positioning and planning
• Create and execute marketing plans, including press releases and events planning to drive company brand image and retail sales
• Drive performance through point of sales, visual elements that support brand direction and strengthen brand's presentation at retail
• Maintain identity and branding through effective communications
• Source, lead, coordinate and participate in trade shows, media events, promotional activities and sales team to market products
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy in order to establish strategic direction and program positioning
• Develop marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners in an attempt to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messaging

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in brand marketing / retail marketing
• Good leadership skills and the ability to build effective internal and external networks
• Independent, reliable, detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking
• Sound communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
