Branch Management - System and Project Manager (Job ID: 2126)

Responsibilities:

• To take part in reviewing and recommending systems enhancement for improved customer experience
• To provide project management on systems workflow design, conduct user acceptance tests;  post-implementation review and process re-engineering of designated personal banking services
• To monitor project scope and manage resources effectively while meeting the agreed deliverables and budget
• To lead changes on systems and processes for cost efficiency, productivity and branch control
• To ensure system design and platform comply with all policies, rules, guidelines as prescribed by regulators and the Bank
• To keep abreast of latest banking technologies and share best practices from market practitioners
• To work effectively with different stakeholders and supporting functions including business owners, IT development; operations and internal audit/legal/ compliance teams
• To foster high engagement mindset in delivering quality outputs
• To take part in ad hoc projects for new business opportunities and key personal banking initiatives for new revenue stream

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines or relevant qualifications
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in project management
• Knowledge in personal banking business and branch operations an advantage
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to details
• Excellent service mindset and good communicator
• Change agent with high adaptability to versatile business environment
