Duty of Body-shopped Technical Assistant (Architectural)

1. Prepare, check and update working drawings, submission drawings, presentation drawings, survey plans and schedules;
2. Prepare, update record drawings and programme charts;
3. Compute site areas, plot ratio, etc.;
4. Be responsible for the issue and receipt of drawings and to maintain a proper record of such;
5. Perform site checking, inspection and building control duties; and
6. Carry out other duties as directed by the HD.

Qualifications and Experience of Body-shopped Technical Assistant (Architectural)

1. Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Studies or Architectural Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a Technical Institute/College, or equivalent.
2. Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, HKDSEE or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, HKCEE (“Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE held before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent.
3. Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PHOTOSHOP, knowledge in AutoCAD, MICROSTATION & 3D drafting is an advantage.
4. Relevant working experience is an advantage.
5. Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) for carrying out duties in construction sites.
6. Positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset.

Salary Range : HK$ 23,295 ~ HK$ 35,915 per month subject to meeting minimum requirements and appropriate assessment of working experience and proven track records in relevant field.
