THE COMPANY :
- We are a curtain wall and structural steel work contractor
- We design, supply and installation of curtain wall and metal works in Hong kong
- We are looking for ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Project Management: Assist in managing and coordinating curtain wall and structural steel projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Technical Supervision: Supervise on-site activities, ensuring that construction meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Progress Reporting: Monitor project progress and report to the project manager, providing updates on milestones and potential issues.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Material Management: Oversee the delivery and usage of materials, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
- Reporting: Report directly to the project manager, providing regular updates and insights on project status and performance.
- Education: Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facade or structural steel work.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of facade and structural steel engineering principles.
- Terms & Benefits: 5.5 days work; banking holiday
