THE COMPANY :

- Main market : USA and South America
- Hong Kong head office : 60-80 staff
- Vendor factories : China & SE Asia
- Other offices : China, New York, SE Asia
- We are looking for ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide daily support to one of the merchandising teams
- Coordinate sample arrangement, send out samples
- Clerical work including data entry to update order status
- Participate in order processing until shipment completed
- Coordinate with vendor factories in China & SE Asia
- Monitor order status to meet shipment deadline
- 1+ year work experiene in garment trading/manufacturing/buying offices
- Good communications in English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- PC proficient in Word & Excel
- No trips is required
- 5 days work ; Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:30pm
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Very few OT work is required
- Friendly work culture
