THE COMPANY :
- European multinational company
- Brand owner, manufacturer and marketer : automation machinery & equipment
- Hong Kong : trading office, function as a sales office and service office.
- We are looking for an ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTANT with the following qualifications:
THE JOB :
- Report to Finance Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 4 members
- Prepare full set of accounts including journal entries, accounts receivable, lease
transaction, inter-company balances and month-end closing independently - Prepare weekly sales, account reconciliations and management reports on regularly basis
- Prepare and distribute bi-weekly AR aging reports and collection efforts
- Closely work with the operation teams and provide solutions in finance prospective
- Coordinate periodic and year-end stock count and ensure accurate inventory record
- Liaise with auditors and prepare audit materials
- Prepare ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management
- Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years working experience in accounting or auditing field
- Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus
- Proficient in MS office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline.
- No travel required
- 5 days work
