Responsibilities:

• Interact & collaborate with Sales & CS partners to follow-up on finish products availability status to ensure high fulfillment rate
• Prepare analysis reports independently according to Company format & requirements
• Monitor vendor delivery to meet customer’s requirements
• Liaise with USA Headquarters and other subsidiary offices on inventory matters
• Manage and forecast inventory replenishment
• Responsible for supply chain and system development
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 4-5 years’ working experience in Logistics or Inventory Control & Demand Planning
• Experience in ERP (SAP) system is an added advantage
• Excellent computer skills including MS Excel & Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Attentive to details
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Mandarin
