Job Duties:

• Design, develop and manage public training programmes at Productivity Training Institute of Hong Kong Productivity Council; the training areas cover business management, information technology, advanced manufacturing technology and environmental technology
• Formulate and execute marketing plans to promote public training programmes to different industries
• Assist in identifying and working with training partners to co-organize and promote public training programmes
• Assist in client management to identify new client segments, and maintain relationships with existing clients

Job Requirements:

• Degrees from disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing and Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years’ or more relevant experience in training business development and training programmes management
• Experience in developing and leading public training programmes for industry practitioners preferred
• Close connections with industry associations and professional bodies an advantage
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Well organized, proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and result-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
