Responsibilities:

• Plan annual compliance testing, compliance review and self-assessment program focusing on key business and regulatory risk areas
• Conduct regular self-assessment and compliance testing on different functions, prepare assessment and testing reports for management review
• Make recommendations to improve internal control while balancing the business development of the Branch
• Work closely with Head Office Internal Audit in Branch’s self-assessment work

Candidates are expected to possess:

• Degree holder in accounting and finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid auditing experience in bank audit, compliance assurance or quality assurance work
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, HKICPA) is preferred
• Holder of ECF-ORM certification an advantage
• Knowledge in Banking Ordinance, HKMA, SFC regulations and guidelines
• Independent, self-motivated and be able to deal with different functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, organized and attentive to details
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Candidate with less experience may be considered for junior position
