Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily cash in/out flow operation;
• Assist the Treasurer for preparation of monthly cash flow report, quarterly cash flow budget and / or rolling cash flow forecasts on a timely and accurate manner;
• Responsible for documentation requirements of loan application, draw down, and / or treasury investment in HK;
• Responsible for preparation of other cash flow schedules, analysis and reports for management use and/or group requirements;  
• Participate in discussion of terms of financial arrangement in HK with external parties;
• Assist the Treasurer to develop tools to comply and maintain of treasury policies of the group and also in HK for working capital, liquidity, projects or investment management; and
• Assist in other ad hoc project assignment as per required.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or equivalents;
• At least 4 years in financial accounting or related experience;
• With 1~2 years treasury related experiences is a definite advantage;
• Open minded, able to work detail and strong commitment to complete tasks with high quality & accuracy;
• Strong in Excel operation and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese; and
• Immediately available preferred.
