Responsibilities:
- Assist to formulate training development strategies, identify training needs and deliver training programs to our Insurance Consultants
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Accredit CPD courses from HKCAAVQ
- Implement the new learning approaches and materials to deliver effective training
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Finance would be an advantage
- 5 years’ training experience
- Experience in financial or insurance industry is a definite advantage
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
