Client Details

Our client is one of the international fast growing luxury fashion label with rapid expansion in the APAC market. In light of that, they are looking for candidates with high caliber and have solid retail training experience with fashion background to join them as Assistant Training Manager- APAC.

Description

Report to the Training Director
Design and conduct training programs to front-line staffs within APAC regions, including classroom training and field coaching
Visit stores regularly and ensure all stores meet and maintain company brand standards
Internalize brand/product knowledge and service standard so as to provide sales-effective training to all POS and meet the sales goals
Contact team building activities to enhance team spirit
To execute retail strategies by working closely with internal departments
Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors' activities

Profile

Successful candidate will need;
Minimum of 5 years of solid relevant experience in retail industry with experience in retail training; ideally with fashion background
Strong leadership skills with proactive and self-motivated attitude
Good communicator, be organized, independent and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
