Requirements

• Degree holder

• At least 3 years of experience in an assistant or secretarial or Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Chairman on business affairs, meetings and events, including appointments arrangement and confidential correspondence handling

• Assist in business documentation preparation, including reports, presentations and agreements
• Coordinate meetings and events, including translation and interpretation, minutes taking and follow-up actions
• Conduct market research and data analysis
• Capable to handle multi-tasks and comfortable to interact with people at all levels
