Job Descriptions:

Daily works include, but not limited to:

• Coordinate and ensuring efficient the daily operations of the air freight import division;
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or enquiries related to air freight service;
• Supervise and train junior members to maintain high standards of customer service;
• Ability to deal with sub-contractors.

Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above;
• At least 3 years working experience in Air Freight operation; 
• Familiar in PC knowledge, MS Office;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Responsible, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work on Saturdays on alternate basis;
