OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
The appointee is expected to assist in the accommodation and adaptation of international students throughout their studies at the University. Duties include handling enquiries of international students and departments; organising and administering small or large scale campus events/projects to facilitate the mingling of local and international students; establishing a new international student club; providing guidance and support to international and/or ethnic minority students; liaising with departments and student bodies; and supervising clerical staff.
Applicants should have a first degree with at least two years of work experience. They should have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills; good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and be willing to shoulder responsibility and take up challenges. Sound computer software knowledge, mature personality and ability to work under pressure are required. Preference will be given to applicants who have a strong passion for working with students and/or overseas study or working experience.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
