We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Formulate sales strategies and expand new business sources for a wider target segment of patronage
• Manage Appointed Travel Agent sales and ensure smooth sales process in good customer experience
• Expand the sales network for High-Speed Rail and Airport Express in Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas in meeting sales target
• Coordinate with Mainland Railway partners to make the best use of ticket inventory in facilitating the sales of group tours and Free Individual Travellers packages in line with the sales strategies and targets 
• Manage the reservation and ticketing system, monitor the system performance and make recommendation for improvement 
• Develop Appointed Travel Agents requirements for the ticketing sales system and process, and work with the ticketing project team on deliverables
• Procure agents to develop their on-line sales platform for High-Speed Rail and enhance customer experience in a sustainable manner
• Develop new business development areas and explore new partnership with industry players to tap incremental customer source

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development and customer service, of which 1 years should be at supervisory level
• Good analytical, business modelling skills for conducting business forecasts and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and simplified Chinese characters)

Remarks

• Occasional business travel to Mainland China is required
