We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out co-ordination work for the project of “Batch 1A Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park”:

Assistant Resident Engineer (Ref. JD_20236ARE)
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Assistant Resident Engineer shall be as follows:

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering with relevant experience;
• 3 years’ relevant working experience
  
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve at least the minimum standard of supervision equivalent to a resident structural engineer.
• Ensure that the Structural Engineering Works are carried out in accordance with the design assumptions, specifications, contract requirements, and good engineering practice.
• Assist the Architect in the contract administration with respect to Structural Engineering Works.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Carry out any other duties specified by the liaison structural engineer/consultant due to the nature of structural engineering works required in the project.
  
  

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 16 months commencing from January 2023 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
