THE COMPANY :
- We are a curtain wall and structural steel work contractor
- We design, supply and installation of curtain wall and metal works in Hong kong
- We are looking for ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Commercial Manager
- Prepare accurate pre-contract cost estimates.
- Review contract requirements, evaluate tender returns and prepare comprehensive subcontract tender reports.
- Handle contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and value engineering.
- Degree/Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent;
- Experience in curtain wall and aluminium works is preferable
- 2+ years relevant working experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
- 5.5 days work
- Banking holiday
