Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality PR services with a view to building good corporate image and fostering all-round good relationships for the company
- Support the Sales & Marketing Department in all PR-related sales and after-sales functions
- Co-ordination and execution of PR events and branding exercises
- Answer media enquiries and keep close contact and good relationship with the media
- Complaint handling, issues and crisis management
- Copy writing, translation and editing, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
- 6-8 years of solid experience in public relations/corporate communications, with well-rounded skill set for media relations, complaint handling, issues and crisis management, event coordination and management, copy writing, translation and editing, etc.
- Prior working experience with reputable local property developers an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive and pro-active, service-oriented with good customer and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
- Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Public Relations Officer
