We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of on-site property management staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation of a grade-A office building managed by the Corporation in accordance with the Deeds of Mutual Covenants and goals set by the Department
• Assist in the administration and coordination with owners and stakeholders, carpark management or any assigned tasks with external parties like contractors, owners and the tenants
• Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement to ensure the quality standard of the commercial building
• Ensure compliance of internal procedures with external requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines
• Prepare management budget and cost control documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or a related discipline
• Possession of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) licence and a membership of a recognised professional institution
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing commercial properties, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
• Experience in customer service, management, administration, ISO accreditation and training will be an advantage
• Fully conversant with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances with sound knowledge of the industry best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills to manage a sizable team and communicate with others to provide quality service
• Strong analytical ability and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

• Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the Senior Property Officer position
