Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily operation of the property portfolio.
• Maintain and enhance building management performance and quality of service including building security, cleaning, procurement, technical services, engineering and maintenance.
• Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments, customers inquiries and complaints.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and liaise with leasing and sales/marketing teams to organize promotional events.

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification(s) in MCIH, HKIH or RPHM.
• 6 years’ of relevant experience in sizeable property management company.
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and supervisory skills, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
