• Develop & implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Lead Sales and Business Development Teams engaging in Plastics Industry
• Coordinate with Technical Services, and Sales Departments for project development
• Establish & develop long term relationship with key customers
• Motivate Sales and Business Development team members to achieve company's objectives and sales targets
• Perform market research and analysis to identify future business prospects

Key Requirements

• Degree holder majoring in Engineering or Business/Management
• Above 5 years working experience of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Mainland China working experiences is preferable
• Sound sales and project development experiences in plastics industry is definitely an advantage
• Good people management skills and be able to motivate team members to achieve targets
• Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of both English & Putonghua
• Business trips within lower China is required
