Our clients is sizable E&M contractor in Hong Kong . In order to cope with their expansion, they are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team:

(5 days work, up to 40K Basic, A&A or Maintenance projects) 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cost estimate, cost planning and project management
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, design and other documentation;
• Management and work with the technician
• Responsible for Contract management and contractual advice etc.

Requirements:

• High diploma in mechanical engineering, building service engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HVAC engineering 
• Experience in project management, construction industry
• Project experience in A&A or maintenance is an advantage
• Candidates will less experience will be considered as Project engineer
