Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support on day-to-day operation of reception counter and the works of attendant
• Liaise with facilities users to provide quality services
• Administer all programmes includes developing and implementing promotional campaigns, answering related enquiries, managing facilities logistics and events, and providing assistance in academic support and interest class
• Explore different opportunities to develop new programmes and maximize the utilization of all the facilities and rooms

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Diploma or above with 1 year of relevant experience in programme development and administration
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Independent thinking, being initiative and passionate at work
• Good business sense with marketing knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Shift duty is required
