Assistant Process Development & Product Support Officer (Job ID: 1749)

Responsibilities:

• To assist in refining branch operations process and workflow to improve business efficiency
• To assist in coordinating and liaising with relevant departments for branch operations process refinement and streamlining
• To work with relevant departments and external consultant to carry out documentation for products and services of the Department if needed
• To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• To work closely with colleagues and vendors to support the tasks of the Department

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector
• Good knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Good team player and high sense of responsibility
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
