Responsibilities

• Assists to manage talent development framework to support leadership development in line with company's business direction
• Identifies and assesses future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths and performance appraisals
• Sources and works closely with external vendors and providers to explore learning resources and solutions
• Conducts soft skills training and workshops for managers and supervisors to cater for learning and development needs
• Maintains and develops e-learning management system in accordance with operational needs
• Manages different trainee programmes and ensures their learning and career planning are in place
• Designs and implements staff recognition programmes to enhance employee engagement and retention
• Formulates various staff engagement and CSR initiatives to promote company culture and values

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience gained from sizable organization
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office application
• Knowledge of video editing and photography is an advantage
• People-oriented, proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior People Development Officer
