Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative functions for both new and renewal businesses of the department;
  • Provide support on daily operation such as scanning, mailing, member movement, policy issuance and renewal;
  • Participate in projects on operation efficiency;
  • Provide quality after-sales service to existing customers;
  • Assist in ad hoc jobs and assignments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in group life and medical insurance operations;
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in writing English & Chinese correspondence;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
