Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions for both new and renewal businesses of the department;
- Provide support on daily operation such as scanning, mailing, member movement, policy issuance and renewal;
- Participate in projects on operation efficiency;
- Provide quality after-sales service to existing customers;
- Assist in ad hoc jobs and assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in group life and medical insurance operations;
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in writing English & Chinese correspondence;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
