Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting annual compliance reviews
• Review business documents and operation flow and related materials to ensure compliance of relevant laws and Insurance Authority regulations
• Review and keep up-to-date compliance policies, documents and procedures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies and monitoring programs on AML related activities
• Perform ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Master Degree/ Bachelor Degree holder in law or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in compliance for financial institutions, preferably in insurance company 
• Familiar with regulations requirements from Insurance Authority
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints
• Conversant with PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Be proficient in written Chinese and English, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage)

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer.
