Registry Services

 

Major Duties

The appointees will provide administrative support to Registry Services. They are responsible for

  • provide administrative support to registry services, including programme administration, student admissions, class scheduling, student assessments, and implementation of quality assurance measures;
  • coordinate different College activities and meetings;
  • process student data for reporting;
  • answer and follow up on enquiries; and
  • perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

 

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

  • a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of administrative work experience; 
  • self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and independent as well as a team player; 
  • good literacy in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; and
  • good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.

 

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
