Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandising Coordinator
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising field
  • Experience in handling toy item is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application

Job Duties 

  • Assist in daily operational activities and provide supports to the merchandising team members
  • Prepare quotations, samples and orders follow up
  • Liaise with overseas buyers, factories and suppliers
  • Maintain & update product record to prepare related documents
  • Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, and product specifications and delivery requirements
