Description
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies and action plans.
- Plan and develop monthly communications schedules and oversee content creation including copywriting and editorial tasks.
- Manager digital platforms and online advertising efforts to drive sales conversions in the e-shop.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
- Evaluate data insights to refine strategies and enhance business performance.
- Optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Support regional marketing initiatives across China and other Asia markets.
Profile
The company is looking for a talent who is a degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Science or related disciplines and has at least 5 years of marketing experience in consumer health, pharmaceuticals, medical device or FMCG industry.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in marketing strategy development and execution and is strong in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing.
Strategic and proactive thinker with strong communications skills and leadership, detail minded.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
