Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation and final payment for HK & Macau
- Manage HRIS enhancement and automation projects to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
- Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements from time to time
- Participate in ad-hoc human resources-related projects and reports
Requirements
- University graduate, at least 7 years’ relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive & people-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
- Well versed in employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements of HK and Macau is preferable
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
