To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as Assistant Manager, Wholesale Banknotes Operations in Operations Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations is seamless with sufficient resources and update stakeholders in the event of resource shortages
• Assist in drafting policies and procedures that is consistent with regulatory and Bank requirements.
• Formulate, drive and implement process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimizing resources based on the operational task of the respective team, inclusive of resources required for projects and ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
• Attend to customers and other stakeholders’ enquiries promptly and diligently in matters related to banknotes trade settlement.
• Perform cash counting and collection during peak season when necessary.
• Assist supervisor to identify and control gaps in the end-to-end process.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree/Higher diploma or above with minimum 2 years in banking industry, supply chain management / imports & exports industry, ideally with exposure in banknotes operation management
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
• Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of accuracy, detail minded.
• High sense of responsibility, willing to accept challenges and be independent.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge and experience in cash processing will be a definite advantage.
• Knowledge in operational risk is an advantage.
• Experience in branch operations is an advantage.
