Talent & Organization Development Department at HKBN is the driving force behind our Talent-first culture. We are a team of purposeful professionals striving to enable performance and accelerate growth of our business and Talents. We are now inviting candidates of high caliber to join us as Assistant Manager – Talent & Organization Development focusing on management development and digital learning.

How You Will Add Value

• Role model HKBN leadership competencies and core values in supporting to achieve our department goals.
• Innovate, design and deliver impactful management development and competency on-demand programs.
• Translate the company direction and strategies in our learning touchpoints and internal communications.
• Partner with business units to keep pulse of growth needs and collect feedback to improve the learner journey.
• Collaborate internally and externally to promote learning culture and invent digital learning platforms.
• Take the lead in project-managing Talent initiatives with Hong Kong or Guangzhou teams.
• Assist Department Head to gatekeep quality output and coach team for long-term development.

What a Success Profile Looks Like

• Bachelor degree holder of any discipline with 5-7 years experiences from local enterprises or MNCs.
• Strong English and Chinese proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Track record of delivering high quality talent-related programs and internal communications.
• Confident in project managing and prioritizing effectively to meet changing business objectives.
• Fearless to explore and recommend new ideas, solutions and technology to capture opportunities.
• Digital learning experience is an advantage.
