Responsibilities:
- Provide client services to business channels for MPF & Employee Benefit
- Meet sales target on new business (MPF & Employee Benefit)
- Ensure an effective, constant, and persistent communication with different business channels
- Provide briefing/ training to business channels
- Collect and analyze up-to-date market information
- Maintain good persistency ratio on renewal business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of related sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
