Responsibilities

• Develop annual goals with action plan for the QC team based on the strategy plan of QA Division
• Review and improve procedures and work flow in order to enhance the operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Plan and implement the quality control inspection system including good receiving, production, storage, and dispatch inspection in Distribution Centre and Central Kitchen.
• Provide input in evaluating vendors’ performance to meet CSL internal quality fulfillment
• Provide professional coaching to related team members to comply with CSL QC system
• Provide ad hoc technical support when needed
• Assist in customer complaints investigation and provide suggestions on remedial and preventive actions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Food Science or Nutritional Sciences or similar
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in which 1 year supervisory experience in related industry
• Familiar with HK FEHD Food related regulations 
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance System in food / retail industry will be an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Responsible, good interpersonal skills, proactive with good problem solving skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
