ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY |
- To manage and supervise day to day 3PL warehousing & distribution activities with assigned logistics clients - To lead staff to meet with the standard operating procedures of our clients - To plan and control the activities of staff to achieve a high standard of client service and operational efficiency - To manage the safety and security of the logistics work place - To plan necessary manpower and operational requirements within budget - To prepare cost proposal / quotation for contract logistics’ existing and potential clients - To develop SOP and work process as well Continuous Improvement plan for the existing and new clients - To monitor the performance of sub-contractors to ensure both company and clients’ requirements are met - To control the logistics warehouse cost within the given budget

Competencies (knowledge, skills and Capabilities) |
- Solid experience in setting up of the new logistics warehouse and operations - Strong people management, planning and organization skills - Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results - Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving skills - Good command of written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin - Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WMS
