Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Write up loan application proposals and review loan documents
- Assist to review loan operation procedures and maintain mortgage system
- Assist in formulating credit control and risk procedures and handle debt recovery
- Liaise with banks / solicitors / key customers on handling mortgage business
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Banking , Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan documentation, credit administration and debt recovery
- Responsible, self-motivated and detailed-minded
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
