Company Overview
Under the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implement the CRM Marketing strategy which delivers sustained and incremental revenue growth, encourages cross-sell and upsell across the product category mix and drive high quality interaction with the customer. You will run acquisition and activation below-the-line targeted programmes through email, SMS, push notification via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You have a hands-on experience with the platform and is capable to use the platform extensively (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content builder automation Studio, Audience Manager and Data extension, AMP script). Data Analytics and reporting also forms a core part of this role.
Main responsibilities:
- Work on defining and creating customer communication journeys via emails and SMS, Push notifications in Salesforce marketing cloud for critical customer facing campaigns and notifications.
- Build digital assets (email, SMS and push notifications, cloud pages) and automations in salesforce marketing cloud, suggest refinements and improvements to the journey both in terms of the scripts and assets, as required.
- Work on campaign audience data preparation, liaise with data science team counterparts to refine segmentation and targeting for customer campaigns planned for the months calendar
- Drive campaign customer journey testing, user acceptance sign-off for the campaign's assets and build before launch
- Work with project teams - for campaign related initiatives and effective campaign logistics and calendar planning and execution support
- Be the point of contact from the CRM workstream , map activities for support and drive them for key inflight and upcoming and new strategic customer communication transformation and OneAXA initiatives.
- Prepare campaign performance report and workflow documentations. Coordinate and consolidate business unit feedback and comments for review and improvement both in the digital assets (email and SMS) and reporting methodology
- Take ownership of new techniques to improve existing campaigns and automations, and email/ SMS marketing practice and automations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CRM Digital marketing and campaign management
- Exposure to customer acquistion and taregtting
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Must have skills:
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Good working knowledge of AMPscript
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio Email Studio & Audience Builder)
- HTML
- Strong acumen for data and analytics
- Stakeholder management
