Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research, analysis and due diligence for takeovers, mergers & acquisitions transactions, and capital market and related issues
  • Draft and clear announcements, circulars and other documents as required under the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
  • Prepare business proposals and presentation materials
  • Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder, with professional qualification or MBA an advantage
  • 3-years relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Candidates with strong experience may be considered for a Manager position. Candidates with less experience but a strong interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn may be considered for an Executive position.
