Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Operation Manager in managing the workforce according to customer’s requirements from time to time
  • To lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency
  • To maintain and evolve operational performance measurement system
  • To support the implementation of quality initiatives and operation excellence programs
  • To support the implementation of SHE initiatives and operation excellence programs

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ relevant working experience of which 2 years were at supervisory level in warehouse operations from logistics/ supply chain industries
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-place team-base environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
  • Good people communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
