Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training, coaching and development with frontline staff
• Contribute to adaptation and production of training materials
• Support training logistics and administrative needs
• Work closely with other teams to support business strategy and maximize sales opportunities

 Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Travel Retail
• Candidate with front-line experience would be a plus
• Team player, good communication skills and able to work independently
• Strong command of oral and written English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel is required
