Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor changes in legal requirements on safety and health issue and update related company policies, manual and procedures if needed
• Advise and implement measures on repair or maintenance in respect of premises, plants and equipment that ought to be taken in the interest of safety and health
• Conduct investigation or identification of accidents / dangerous occurrences / potential hazard evaluation / hazardous conditions and exposure with recommendations for prevention
• Develop and design audit plans for IMS to ensure the effectiveness and satisfactory of the systems
• Assist in writing and revising safety policy and implement safety and health plan
• Organise and conduct safety and health training, meetings and promotion activities
• Act as deputy management representative for IMS, communicate and co-ordinate activities with the Company / external auditors as assigned; and
• Participate any other ad hoc projects as and when required

Job Qualifications:

• Holder of University Degree in Business / Quality Management / Engineering
• Be a Registered Safety Officer with knowledge and training in ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 With 4 years relevant experience in similar role in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in PC operations (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
