Responsibilities:

• Regular research on market trend, statistics & medical expenses to back up the sales force
• Develop promotion campaigns and incentive programs to drive sales
• Plan and develop the product development projects and product launch program to ensure profit maximization
• Establish good relationship with business partners and sales force to gain support for product delivery strategies
• Develop sales tools and provide quality support platform to support company business’s growth
• Conduct product trainings to consultancy force and uplift consultant’s professionalism in presenting Convoy’s service and products
• Handling consultancy force’s product enquiries
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 7-8 years working experience in product management and marketing in financial products
• In depth knowledge of insurance product including Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes & traditional life is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar of using MS Office
• Experience in insurance product marketing or sales
• Passed the IIQAS examination (paper 1,2,3,5); HKSI would be an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
• Sound knowledge in risk management on insurance & investment products
• Customer focused, result-oriented, outgoing, proactive and good problem solving skills
