Our client is a global health insurance business with a primary focus in providing individual /group health services spanning across Asia Pacific. Due to continued expansion of their operations in Hong Kong they are looking for a strong candidate with marketing experience to join their team.

This role will be responsible for executing the strategies on distribution marketing and relevant communications to support and drive business growth.

The Role:

• Implement distribution marketing strategy covering various initiatives e.g. broker events, engagement activities with business partners, worksite marketing support, newsletters and email communications, briefing decks, seasonal greetings, souvenirs, etc.
• Leverage digital portals to channel communication write-ups or articles with targeted distribution partners
• Produce marketing materials in compliance with group policies and branding guidelines
• Manage expenses according to budget plan
• Track and report results of distribution marketing activities
• Establish best practice and customized workflow for distribution marketing function
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• University graduate in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ marketing communications experience in sizable organizations, with insurance background highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
• Proactive and outgoing with strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Good project management skill, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Good people skills and is a good team player

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
