Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 3328) is one of the oldest banks in China, and also acted as one of the country’s banknote-issuing institutions. Assistant Manager, Brand Management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing and implementing of brand building projects and activities of the bank
  • Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand
  • Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for assigned brand based on research and analysis
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement bank strategies
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets and timelines
  • Coordinates and support relevant teams to ensure a consistent brand message is communicated
  • Coordinates vetting of all internal and external promotion materials and collaterals such as advertisements, advertorials, pamphlets, brochures, online advertisements and act as gatekeeper to ensure compliance of internal guidelines and statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with 4 years or above relevant experience in the related area as an individual contributor. With relevant experience in banks, financial institutions, government, universities or public utilities
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English
  • Strong in advertising, event and project management
  • Detail-minded and with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
     

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Brand Management. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Brand Management. 

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
