Academic Services Office (ASO), HKCHC 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and development of academic policies, procedures, and guidelines based on internal practices and external benchmarking.
  • Communicate policies, regulations, and procedures to relevant academic units, providing support for their implementation.
  • Facilitate academic units in reviewing programme curricula and offer suggestions and guidance for enhancements.
  • Assist with the coordination of institutional and programme accreditation exercises.
  • Provide secretarial support for academic and quality assurance committees and working group meetings.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

  • A recognized bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.
  • A good understanding of the Qualifications Framework (HKQF), as well as the processes, standards, and requirements of HKCAAVQ accreditation, and the programme registration and approval processes with the EDB.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. 


Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
