- F. 5 o r Diploma, preferable in hotel related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Front Desk Operations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and supervisory skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Mature, confident, service-oriented, and attentive to detail
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Well groomed and efficient
